BART Board Meeting Rescheduled

The BART Board meeting to consider certification of the Final Program Environmental Impact Report and select a Preferred Alternative has been rescheduled from June 24th to July 1, 2010.

Final Program EIR Available

The Final Program Environmental Impact Report, completed in June 2010, in now available to be viewed at the link below. The Final Program EIR complies with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). It consists of responses to public comments made on the Draft Program EIR, as well as revisions to the Draft Program EIR made in response to those public comments.

Draft PEIR Available

The Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (DPEIR) for BART to Livermore is now available to be viewed at the link below. Comments may be submitted anytime during the public review period, which extends from November 5, 2009, through 5 p.m. on January 21, 2010...
