On June 18, 2008, the BART to Livermore Team held a scoping meeting to discuss the BART to Livermore Program Environmental Impact Report (Program EIR).  As part of the meeting, BART presented an overview of the preliminary alignment alternatives, background data and anticipated environmental topics.  The meeting provided an important opportunity for community members to give input on the alternatives, and to suggest potential environmental impacts, as well as mitigation measures for consideration in the Program EIR.

Community members provided written and verbal comments during the meeting. A scoping meeting report will be available following close of the legally required comment period on July 18, 2008 (minimum 30 days following filing of Notic of Preparation).
